I've pretty much always made things.

​As a kid, I made duct-tape wallets and sold them to friends. I even made my own miniature comic books—folding sheets of printer paper into little books, writing the stories, making copies and selling them at school for a dollar.​

Years later, on September 3, 2019, I made my first wallet out of lined paper. A few weeks later, my then-fiancée gave me $100 worth of leathercraft tools for my 22nd birthday. I still use most of them today. Paper turned into leather, and Royal Priesthood Goods was born.

Then life got busy. I got married, started a church, became a dad, and RPG sat mostly quiet for nearly six years. But I never really stopped loving the craft.

Now I'm back at the workbench—making leather goods and, somehow, little notebooks out of paper again.

I'm not a factory, and I don't want to be. RPG is a passion project and a break from a very digital life—a chance to slow down and make something real with my hands.
